મિત્રો આપણી આ બેંકની તા.૫/૧૦/૧૯૭૯માં સ્થાપના કરવામાં આવી હતી ત્યારે રીઝર્વ બેન્કની શરતો મુજબ અરજી તેયાર કરી સાથે સાથે ૧૦૦૦ સભાસદો તરફથી શેર ભંડોર રૂ. બે લાખની નાની રકમ એકત્ર કરી સને ૧૯૭૯-૮૦ના પ્રથમ નવ માસના હિસાબી વર્ષે બેન્કે રૂ. ૧૫ લાખની થાપણ અને ૨૬ લાખનું ધિરાણ કરી શેર ભંડોર રૂ.૪ લાખ સભાસદો ૧૦૧૯, અને પુરતો નફો દર્શાવી પુરા વર્ષનું 9% ડીવીડન્ડ જાહેર કરી શરૂઆતથી જ 'અ' વર્ગ દરજ્જો જાળવી રાખી, બેન્કે તમામ વર્ગના સાથ સહકારથી ઉત્તરોત્તર પ્રગતી કરી ૨૫માં વર્ષની સફર યાત્રા પૂર્ણ કરી છે.
